Good morning,

I am considering picking up some FAA figs, but have not seen any info on the scale. Are they 1/72 or 1/76?

Thanks,
James

Hard to say, but they match up almost perfectly with AB which claim to be 1/76. On the other hand they are BIGGER than 1/72 plastics so who knows? Scale is a flexible thing no mater which one you are talking about.

Mainly interested in how they compare to Esci plastics and Brittania. Sounds like they are closer to Brittania.

FAA figures are marketed as 20mm figures not 1/72 or 1/76.

I have a number of their figures which match well with AB, Kelly's Heroes, Britannia etc.

SHQ figures would be better if you were putting them with Esci plastics.

Thanks. Next question, does anyone have a list of the product codes and descriptions for their old Vietnam range? NAM1, NAM2, etc.

The FAA NAM range was split from the rest a long, long time back and was produced by Qualiticast figures in the UK for a bit. They stopped producing them & have gone into hibernation – I think family/work issues got in the way. Overtures have been made to buy the range but didn't get very far.

I believe I have an old catalogue somewhere at home somewhere so if I can dig it our I will get a copy to you.
