This weekend our club played the Altar of Freedom scenario for Antietam with about 3,000 miniatures on a 6'x4' tabletop. It was a fantastic, closely-fought game that went all the way to the final turn of September 17th. Plenty of photos and a quick, 2-minute HD video of the scenario at the link below. And after being sold out for the last 18 months, the print edition of AoF is finally available again. 6mmacw.com/antietam-aar.html

Looks great! Would you guys please work out something with Cigar Box mats to get 6 X 4 Antietam and 6 X 4 Gettysburg mats produced? I know that they did licensed mats for Across a Deadly Field, and All Quiet on the Martian Front |

Isn't "Huge 6mm wargame" self-contradictory? :-) That's a nice looking table. Bravo! - Ix |

Haha I suppose calling a 6mm wargame "huge" is a bit contradictory. I probably should have titled the post "Barely Visible Antietam Wargame." |

6x4 Gettysburg! Most boardgames might not even fit this, with counter stackings. |
