Funkopop 6 inch Titanfall mechs are up for preorder now. They are roughly 6 inches in height. A bit deformed as you might expect from Funkopop but not too bad:

The pilots are 1.75 inches tall as a scale ref.

As someone unfamiliar with the source material, those look perfectly serviceable as-is.

My second-favorite action figure is 3" tall, so she may be fetting her own 'mech soon…

Those would be some cool mechs for my 28mm mecha games. Looks like they're around $25 USD each. Not bad, but I see POP figs on deep discount quite often so I'll keep my eyes open.
