Hey guys, I thought you all might enjoy seeing the battles of Plevna that I built and hosted at a local convention. All the minis are Pendraken, with a few that have been modified. There might be an odd limber or cavalry trooper from another company. :)

That looks awesome. Much of the battlefield is pretty well preserved. There is more scrub on the Janik Bair and on the Green Hills, but many of the trenches and some of the redoubts service. The Middle Group has a Stalinesque housing development on it (he deserves all the blame heaped upon him), but the rest is pretty good. You mentioned you would use a different material for the hills, rather than the rubber. Did you decide on something? |

Although the material we used is very durable and yet flexible, it is so heavy that moving it around is a bit of a chore. So next time I will use neoprene (mouse pad material) which comes in many thicknesses. Here is one source: link |
