I know that they are still in business because I've gone through Jacob here in the U.S., but I've sent multiple emails asking questions and no one responses. I'd love to talk directly with them but how is that possible? Has anyone else run into this? Hopefully Graham will read this and get his shop responding to emails as well as pick up the pace of painting. Their painting is the best but they are so slow. |

Graham has been out of the country until last week and is now between houses. I will let him know you have posted. |

Thank you very much! I love the work his shop does but the communications are lacking along with a decent turnaround time. Thanks again. |

I think Graham is the only person who checks the emails as the rest of the staff are Thai and he has been in Europe for the last few weeks. I have sent him a message about your posting. |
