Ditto from me, lovely country and lovely people. So far looks like lots of damage but few casualties. Hope the casualty list stays low.

Wow, that was our biggest shake in 7 years, really felt it here in the capital. Happily my chimney is still standing.

It was a pretty big shake, the largest I've felt in my house in which I've lived in since 1998. Only a couple of ornaments fell to the floor.

I also saw a really bright light in the sky which is the first time I've seen this during a quake.
