Are there any good artists' impressions of the 1138 English wagon standard for Northallerton 1138 and the Imperialist Wagon standard for Bouvines 1214? I was wondering how to make an appropriate one in 6mm.

I have descriptions of them on my blog link

There is also a link to the Battlefields Trust which has a picture of a 19th century copy made of an 'ancient manuscript' link
This is not specifically for either of your choices but shows a simpler alternative to the Italian wagon.
