That's Charles Oines – he has some fantastic ship designs on his Shapeways shop, Irrational Designs. From Trek-level down to more realistic stuff, including these nuke riders. Next up are the Soviets!

(And yeah, nukes they can handle…from one aspect…) grin

These ones would be perfect for my hard SF games. I like my starship miniatures, but they fit better in space opera or at least distant future universes. My campaign is set the near future.
