I'm painting up my first set of Napoleonic figs to support Black Powder AND Sharp Practice. I was thinking about mounting the figs individually on 25mm squares and using movement trays (Litko) for Black Powder play which would allow for skirmish type play with Sharp Practice. Anyone else doing this or have any suggestions? I'm not sure about the basing for the French. 3 across x 2 deep is what I was thinking. I usually do 2x2 for Pike and Shotte and Hail Caesar. French seem like they have deep lines though. Thanks in advance. |

I base all my 28s individually on 3/4 X 3/4 tin bases (cut them out myself). Use 60 mil mag sheet for the movement bases and I'm set for any rules. The storage boxs are lined with 60 mil mag sheet also. |

thanks. I'm still painting up everything. Probably use all the spare 25mm square plastic bases I have laying around and then get the movement trays figured out. |
