I am painting up a tiny spaceship model. I don't think I have ever painted a tiny spaceship before. It is a 1/7500 Enterprise 1701-D from Star Trek: The Next Generation (which is being used a a 1/5000 Ambassador-class cruiser.)

So, I finished painting it up. I was pretty happy with the glow effect on the nacelles. Upon showing it to my wife, she said, "Is that it? Is it done? You need to put more detail on that."

Eureka!

Now you have her right where she wants you. ;)

Or, vice versa.

Turn the tables on her and ask her to show you what she means, by example.

If she falls for that, you'll have her painting up fleets in no time.

Very nice. The next step is installing tiny lighting effects in them… ;-)
