Is this range out there anywhere. It was with Stronghold miniatures I think but they seem to have gone. They had Franco Prussian, Austro Prussian and Russo Turkish War stuff.

Yes, Stronghold. They also had very nice Crimean War stuff but to the best of my knowledge all sadly out of production. Never turns up on ebay either. |

Have you compared them to Rank and File? They too are somewhat "stylized",and have extensive 19th Century European wars ranges. I don't know how they compare size-wise,though. |

Yes Crimean stuff too. I did have some Rank and File Austrians and Bavarians stuff. Funnily enough OB I recent got 200 Prussian infantry 50 French infantry and 20 French Cuirassiers on EBay but I was very lucky with that one. Here are a few of mine.

That's a shame. They look very nice. The first pictures I seen of their range. I remember reading in Wargames Illustrated their adverts for Crimean figures back in '89-'90. I was always trying to track down and get their Crimean War stuff, but it was quite hard communicating. Missed out. |
