The narrative referenced ( with incorrect spelling) the Troup Hurt house but I don't see it. It's an expansive hex based layout but I'm not seeing Atlanta and Leggets (Bald) Hill.

To me , the sign of a great game is you look at a game and right away you know the battlefield. Years ago I was at historicon and i stopped to look at an ACW game and said "Mechanicsville". And I was right!! They had it.

But I'm no genius. At another con, a fellow had an elaborate Wilson's Creek game which I didn't recognize. The game master, a lovely guy whose name escapes me, used the layout to explain the whole battle to me. Very cool.
