Age of Valor is an expansion module for Age of Eagles II (Napoleonic Fire & Fury) covering European warfare from the Carlist Wars and Hungarian Revolution thru the Guns of August 1914. AOV will be sold as individual digital download modules at $ 4.00 each, though once you spend $ 12.00 or more total on modules, all the rest are free.

Launch date is the day after the Fall In Convention, the close of business (5:00 pm ET USA), Monday 7 November 2016. You can purchase the module from the AOE Website, URL below.

We will have two modules ready for release date – the Franco-Prussian War, Imperial Campaign and the Franco-Prussian War Republican Campaign. There will also be a bundle for both at a 25% discount.

New modules will follow every 2 – 3 weeks, with the initial lineup as follows in order – Crimean War, Seven Weeks War 1866, Russo-Japanese War, Risorgimento 1859. The Balkan Wars is already on the Website as a FREE Test Drive demo download. More will follow such as the Russo-Turkish War, Guns of August, with a combined book of all modules upon completion.

The files are full color PDF, 22 – 24 pages long and include rules modifications, leader and unit data charts, background, one or two sample scenarios, and a Quick Reference Sheet unique to each conflict.

I have given Dennis Shorthouse of On Military Matters exclusive hardcopy printing tights, and he MIGHT have the two FPW modules ready for Fall In, but I have no idea of the price. Expect it to be high than the digital download, however.

Hurrah! I'm looking forward to this. Thanks Colonel Bill.

Will it be possible to get the whole set (AOE II, AOH and AOV) as electronic only?

I don't see any option to buy AOE II or AOH as PDFs.

My library is out of space! :-)

Good news!

Unfortunately no on the PDF for AOE II and AOH, not at this time. Let's see how PDF distribution goes with AOV and then I will reassess. AOH in particular would be a problem. I had them printed in Hong Kong, so they were dirt cheap. But I had to order them in advance; they are not a POD product. I've still got lots to sell.

Yellow Admiral – tell me about it, same here. That's why I am almost forced to go Kindle digital for just about everything I want now.

Warmest regards,
