A lot of motion in those figs, and well painted to boot.

Lovely, and I love the approach to painting – very "old school" and it works

Great figures. I know the blog talks about some confusion over colours, and that reminded me of my own confusion regarding these. I have a Histoire and Collection book of a Spanish battle (name escapes me at the moment) and t has many fine paintings by ?jack Girbal? including one of the Vistula. but some have blue over yellow, whereas others have yellow over blue czpakzas – anybody know why please?

But great link Armand
