Does anyone know how to post a picture from a J peg on this site. I have checked the Frequently Asked Question section, but I can find nothing explaining how one can post a picture from a J peg.

You cannot post here directly. You must post it to, say, Photobucket or Flick and then link here.

and once you get it into photobucket, you copy the "address" of the photo IN photobucket and past it here and "poof" – there it is.

Yes, unlike sites like Wings of Glory Aerodrome, where you upload images directly, for TMP the image must be on a website, blog, Flikr etc, so just right click on the image, copy image address, and paste (after a space!) onto the message, as Nashville has demonstrated.
