I have combed the archives and have not come up with a good answer on this:

How do Minifigs, Freikorps15 and OG15 FPW figures compare?

Some posts say the first two work well together if you are willing to put up with units of clones. Others say that OG15 are bigger and bulkier and do not mix well with the first two. If the OG15 SYW figures are any guide, they are at least a head taller than Minifigs.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

While I do not have any Minifigs, I do have comparisons of Freikorps and Old Glory. Take a look at these two links from Palouse Wargaming Journal. Freikorps tends to have greater variation of size. Some figures match very well; others are smaller than Old Glory. I put both out on the gaming table although Freikorps makes up a small contingent of the collection. Freikorps limbers see much service.

Have you considered Outpost they do a large range of FPW 15mm figures?. I know it doesn't answer your original question, however, you may not be aware of this range.

Mine are a mix of all of the above. The work fine in individual units, I avoided mixing in the same unit

I started out with F15s and they are good figures but I switched to OG. The vast majority of my FPW figures are OG. In my opinion, OGs FPW figs are the best looking 15mm figs in their line up

My French Marines are Essex as they are the closest to the French Marine uniforms. But if OG made them I would have used them.

I use all 3 in my army, in separate units.

Minifigs, Essex and Freikorp fit together perfectly in my experience. All are pretty much true 15s as it were. Most of my FPW stuff is Freikorp. There are small variants in the infantry packs. Any how here's some pics.

OG are bigger and judging by the casualty packs I bought Outpost are bigger again. Hope this helps.

My favs are the old Pioneer range but as they are long gone this is a pointless comment, although I recently picked up 200 Prussians on EBay recently!!!
Actually I wonder…
