Continuing my steady progress I have finally finished Scott's brigade. All four regiments (9th, 11th, 22nd and 25th regiments) and a battery to provide fire support. With Ripleys and Porters brigades almost finished I will soon be setting my sights on starting up their opposition. I hope to start my miniature campaign by re fighting Chippewa early next year.
Pictures and a potted history on my blog. Please drop by and say hello!

Coming along nicely. Just finished the last regular figure for Ripley's brigade, and need a few gunners and Indians to completed Porters brigade. Then I have to start on the british/canadian units.

You have done an excellent job and I look forward to seeing more units and information on your campaign. Based on the recorded strengths of Scott's Brigade (1,100)it looks like you are close to a 1:10 ration and that is outstanding

An excellent book on the campaign ( you may already be familiar with it) is Donald Graves "Red Coats and Grey Jacket" available from Amazon

Thank you for the kind words. Very familiar with the book, which I have in both kindle and paperback. Outstanding.

Nice looking figures. My only quibble is that the drummers were not in the middle of the regiment, next to the standards, but more in the back on left of right flanks (if memory serves).
