The next installment of my and Chris Pringle's set of Bloody Big Battles scenarios for the 1st and 2nd Balkan War is now uploaded at the Bloody Big Battles Yahoo Group and my blog. This is the Battle of Lule-Burgas, fought in 1912 between the Ottomans and Bulgarians. This is the largest battle (in active participants) fought on Europe between 1871 and 1914. This is the 8th scenario in our Balkan War series. The next scenario is Chataldza 1912. That will be the last scenario for the 1st Balkan War. Three or five more scenarios on the 2nd Balkan War will follow.

This is epic: a 4-day battle involving 250,000+ men on a 50km front – and Konstantinos has managed to condense it into a manageable game, that four players could comfortably play on a 6'x4' table in an afternoon or a long evening. Superb!
