I've seen that sight before. The driver of the S3 track of our squadron command post looked like that after a road march on very dusty Fort Hood tank trails except he had been wearing goggles so his eyes area was clear.

Also note all the dust on the truck.

I've thought of dry brushing my casualties with a dust color.
