Can anyone identify the make of these figures for me? They look very like Minifigs but apart from the chap on the left waving his hat I don't think they are.

As far as I can tell the product codes say 2 USVC or maybe 3 USVC (or possibly that is USNC?)

They are Minifigs. The officer waving the hat is supposed to be Washington. IIRC, He is supposed to be VC cav. They are probably from the "Napoleonic Americans" (think War of 1812) in the listings.

Thanks Tom,

You are quite right. I've checked an old catalogue and it turns out they are from the old War of 1812 range that was available briefly before the current one.

Best wishes

Minifigs with 6 (be they slight) variations…WOW!

SJDonovan25 Oct 2016 8:16 a.m. PST

I think the variations come from the fact that there are three or maybe four different sets of figures represented (aside from the George Washington figure). As far as I can make out the figures come from the old Dragoons, Dragoons Command, Kentucky (Johnson's) Mounted Rifles and possibly the US Mounted Officers sets, all from the OOP War of 1812 range.
