We played for three and a half hours but we were all new to the rules so there was some stopping to look things up. We also had a huge table which meant it took some time to get into contact. There is a lot more detail on our experience here: link |

We played our first game a couple of weeks ago. I kept to the points of the rules,24 points a side. The game played well and I liked the special rules for the leaders of units. Although there were complaints about the lack of a distinct command group. Next time I run the game I'm going to increase the points and play a larger 'force' game. |

We didn't bother with the individual unit leader characteristics on this larger game as we had some sixty units in play. |
