Very nice, and I would agree with your assessment of the plastics. They are what they are… Just as good as the recent Battletech plastics, but they honestly cannot compare to DP9's current metal pieces… Those are simply the best and most dynamic sculpts DP9 has ever produced. The plastics look fine at table-distance, but the proportions on many of them are off when put next to the metals and they are just way more stiff and less dynamic poses. That said, these complaints are mostly about the bipedal walkers (Hunters, Jagers etc). The Caprice mounts look great in plastic. |

Okay, really liking those for 6mm. Good use of bits to make it feel 'Russian'. And I admit to hesitancy over the apparent amount of mold line shaving you had to do. Could you elaborate on the 'fiberglass pen' part? |

I use the caprice walkers for 15mm alien vehicles with the Manth figures. They are really cool figures and can be used with about any scale since they don't really have any features that lock them in to 10mm. And as above they lend themselves to customization very well. |

A fibreglass pen is a device for cleaning up metal, usually brass, aka scratch pencil/pen and various other names. GIYF: link |

Fiber glass pens are great for cleaning up metals as suggested. Just be careful of the fiber glass fibers as they can get into the skin and are very irritating. The pens are usually refillable. |
