I have been watching a lot of these over the last few days on Youtube – trying to get ideas on terrain building. My only complaint is that one thing pretty much every person seems to do is jerk their cameras around – probably following their own eyes – from one part of a table to another. It makes it hard to focus on anything. Pan your shots as smoothly as you can and at a steady speed. It will make your videos a lot better and easier to watch. |

The vast majority of show videos that I've seen have been either abysmal or perhaps worse. Wargames shows are very noisy places and are often full of people who get in the way of the camera. Then there are the videos with added sound tracks, cheesy music or inane commentary. This one isn't bad though. tsoa.be/crisis_pictures.html |

Giving someone technology that does something doesn't inherently make them an expert in the process for doing that? Nah … that's crazy talk! |

Jim – these phone camera take a while to focus as well. Constantly changing the focal point results in a slightly blurred image. I found this one – good camera work plus cheesy music. YouTube link Camera work good enough to keep things in focus. |
