Great looking shack, I guess it could be used in wargames up to present times.

Still in common use into the early 1950s. and 1960s. I see plenty of these and dog trot houses in the southern USA. Some are still used as hunting cabins or storage houses for hay and feed.

A good representation.

I paid full price for mine and LOVE it. The assembly was not hard, very satisfying, and the appearance when finished is very nice. Had to buy the other two variations on shotgun shack and build them as well. A truly wonderfully designed kit.
