Watched the 2nd episode last night. Was surprised I could select that from HBO and Xfinity.

So far I like the show. Elements of ExMachina, I,Robot, and countless westerns.

Solid, yet safe so far, performances by Ed Harris and Anthony Hopkins give it some gravitas. I think Bernard is a character to follow closely. What did he say to Delores?

Will the new character who selected the white hat be the protagonist to Ed Harris?

And this maze thing, what is up with that? Maze Runner? Perhaps Hollywood has no original ideas but I do like how they are putting this all together.

As far as miniatures go these 'robots' will be much different. No Terminator style T800's with metal skeletal structures. I imagine half printed robots. More like some of the horror figures we have with skin torn away to reveal muscles and tendons almost like some of the sculpting dollies out there.

The robots remind me of the Fallout 4 Synths, the creation process even looks similar.

I'm not looking! I had intended to watch the Ep2 sneak peek, but it didn't happen. I will see it with the gang tonight as planned.

I was very intrigued by the opening episode.

I haven't raided The Institute yet. I'm about to, I've done everything but.

Love it.

First episode was stunning. Second was good, but not as good as the first.

I've only seen the first episode but I like it. The scenery is stunning and the story underneath the story has grabbed me.

What is this doing in 19th century Media ?

PrivateSnafu10 Oct 2016 7:31 a.m. PST

Old West 1800's. Miniatures wise its likely to be more Old West than sci-fi. There is no Old West media board so here it is.

Ahhhh, thank you.

I've enjoyed both episodes so far. My only gripe would be that when visitors are hit they should show some surprise and maybe a little pain. We gotta make the experience worth the cost of admission.

nevinsrip10 Oct 2016 2:01 p.m. PST

Not interested in sci-fi westerns.

EJNashIII13 Oct 2016 6:51 p.m. PST

not really a sci-fi western. It is a sci-fi future amusement park with a western theme. About half the story takes place in the future hotel/administration building.

Which is the plan of the Director/creator/owner…?

He wan't a massacre?.

I don't get it.
