I am looking to acquire painted units of Grenadiers, Dragoons, Chasseurs and Lancers. Each unit will have 24 figures comprising (ideally) three command figures and 21 other ranks. I don't want Minifigs (don't like the figures). I do want a traditional 15mm scale (not 18mm such as AB). I am in the UK and the basic figure cost is not significant. If anyone has any recommendations and/or can point me at some good quality online images I would be very grateful. Thanks. Allan |

Have you checked out Battle honors 15mm? Sculpted by Anthony Barton but in 15mm (not 18mm). Less pose variety, and the molds tend to be a bit old, also hard to find photos of painted french guard, but they are 15mm… link Dr J |

Sorry. Are you looking for someone selling ready painted units? Or units of your sizing that you can have painted? I have the original Old Glory 15s in bags of the guard cavalry, but not painted. They come in 30 to a bag with enough command to fit your requirements |

Hi Marc I've been pointed at Campaign Games Miniatures, which look pretty good. I've also re-checked my Lancashire Games infantry and found they are actually 17mm to 17.5mm top of head to soles of shoes, which was a bit of a surprise to me. Thanks for the offer, though. I'm looking for unpainted figures as I have a painter lined up. Allan |

bear in mind that for GaC the old imperial uniform was still worn and not as so far believed the new royal uniform of 1st cuirassiers, so the BH figures would do it very well, as well as ABs for this outfit – Grenadiers à Cheval |

vW et al I had assumed the old imperial uniform was still being worn. AB's are excellent sculpts but just too big. I will have a look at the BH figures. Allan |
