From the article: <1>Dr Sharon Stocker and her husband, Professor Jack Davis, stumbled upon the remarkably undisturbed grave while digging near Pylos, an ancient city on the southwest coast of Greece.

Inside, they discovered the well-preserved remains of what is believed to have been a powerful Mycenaean warrior or priest in his early to mid 30s who was buried around 1500 BC, near the Palace of Nestor.

Fascinating find from a fascinating period. The Late Bronze Age feels like it was created by R.E. Howard with help from the rest of the Lovecraft Circle. Strange temples, lost cities, brazen heroes, decaying civilizations. You've got it all.
