Looks like HäT are trying out a new program where you can preorder boxes, partly to set up a new production line and partially to work out demand for certain products. hat.com/Crowd.html#Aut So far, there seems to be 1/32 Napoleonic Austrians and 1/72 Zulus up for preorder. |

I ordered several boxes of unmarried Zulus. The lack of these had saved me from moving my colonial collection from India to Africa. Oh well. |

HaT Industries must re-release their three sets of 1/32nd plastic Seven Years War Prussian infantry sets! |

Mr dBerczerk have you any idea why Hat discontinued the Prussian sets and the same sets in 1/72. I got a few box's of the 1/72 scale sets and was intending to buy more, however after searching numerous plastic figure sellers site's I was unable to find any. There was nothing wrong with the miniatures, so why were they withdrawn. Thanks in advance for any info, Dave. |

There was nothing wrong with the miniatures, so why were they withdrawn. Thanks in advance for any info, Dave. Not withdrawn really. They went through the entire production run. The plastic soldier industry is a funny business. You can't wait for years and expect the product to be there like with metal. I suspect it has something to do with the high cost of plastic injection molds. They seem to be considerably more expensive to make than the metal counterparts. Hopefully they will be included with the restock that HaT is doing right now. Something like 96 sets are going back to market. |

No they haven't been discontinued – just sold out. If they were to make a set in actual plastic rather than that dreadful rubber and cast them with their hats on rather than having them perched precariously on the tops of their heads then I would be happier… |

I have heard that the 1/32 7YW sets will be back in about 6 months in a restock Mike |

Why don't they list all of the sets they have already listed for E27 and E28 release? I am chomping at the bit for their 1/72 French Command set. |

Crowdfunding details have been updated on the HaT website. Sounds like progress is being made in funding terms |
