Too bad there is nothing about the actual game there. I wonder how far a 54mm dino moves in a turn?

Tyrannosaurus rex may have been able to manage only 10-15 mph:

Velociraptor was quite a bit faster:

You can derive distance per turn from estimated speeds.

This reminds me of Inquisitor. The 54mm miniatures. Why just go 28mm to fit in with other VSF lines.

54mm dinos? T-Rex and Triceratops awaiting paint and Veloceraptors waiting assembly. Tamiya kits very reasonably priced. I'm planning on using them with Vietnam US troops in a time warp type game where the troops end up millions of years in the past. Table size will probably not be much bigger than any 28mm game. Terrain will be grasslands and rivers. Small scale (in numbers) skirmish game. I will probably make up my own rules rather than wait to see what these are about.

54mm id go with the Tamiya dino models for them, but the size! the Tamiya T-Rex is big, but the Tamiya brachiosaurus is not far off 18 inches long. and as others have said the personal scale doesn't translate well to any other games, you could use the dinos, by claiming there large specimens of a type, but not the human figures. A pity as the concept for the terror figure is a cleaver take on the jack the ripper concept.

FYI: They've released a PDF of the rules: link

I like the larger scale and it makes it stand out from the others.

But, maybe it works best with gladiators or skirmish games of some sort without huge models? Maybe a western gunfight game or some sort of urban street fight?

I had a chance to see a lot of models painted up in this scale at a show and they looked great.
