Major B some guy said it in the american revolution subforum plus PDF link this says that light companies were sometimes converged.

Til 78 they didn't have official converged batallions of light companies tough just independent riflemen corps. Age of reason asks for light units during all the war so I've had to include something, and this solution proved colourful. Wargaming isn't always 100% historic after all.

Also: the brown uniforms are from the beginning of the war, posterior units would then add blue which gives a nice variety to the army.
