Apart from the "Bonnie Scotland" references, nice Scots (I do love the kilties), altho, the horsehair sporran was only seen for parades and ceremonial by this time, so they might have left those out, and then these Highlanders could have been painted as any kilted unit, not just the ones with that pattern of sporran. |

Are these intended for the northwest frontier? I think I have seen every movie on that topic and I have never seen mortars being used, that I remember. Can someone point out to me a movie where the British or the Afghan/Indians used mortars. Thanks Beautiful figures by the way, I will get them in spite of the mortar |

There is a film, desperately trying to remember the name though… British mortar the tribesmen at the beginning of the film, an Anglo-Indian officer switches sides and ambushes and mortars the British at the end…. Wish I could remember the name though… :( |
