Generally, a PM to Bill can resolve a locked account, unless the person in question is a serial offender. Sometimes an apilogy and admittance of wrongdoing are required. Maybe a pledge to behave. Dawghouse is Dawghouse. I think it's silly, but we have it just the same. |
