Nice, and a nice variety.

Very nice. I've got a 25pdr battery painted up in desert colors using Battlefront miniatures, but I need another one for LW Europe and an 18/25 pdr for EW. This will be a lot cheaper than buying all those resin and metal miniatures from BF.

You'll need different towing vehicles for early war, and I think the limber was different too.

Going to have to buy a box of these for my Desert Rats.

Well yes… and wasn't the WWI gun carriage unique to the 18/25 pdr version as well, not common to any other variant unlike the kit?

Fred Cartwright30 Sep 2016 12:19 p.m. PST

There were versions of the 18pdr with box, pole and split trails. The 18/25pdr conversions were done mainly on the box trail version. All the carriages had been modified to rubber tyres for motorised towing.
The box trail was different to the 25pdr Mk1.
