This is a man he has had dealings with before.
Running out of the concert. He finds the man with three other men about to beat the the mans wife to death (the wife Wizima, came to Norway with the team after they rescued her from a taliban safe house.
He neutralizes the two with him. Before he kills the target. And brings Wizima to teammates apparent.
Soon afterwards he finds out the kill order did not come from his CO. Someone ells wanted him dead. But who?
