Just returned from some vacation in the Carolinas. In addition to relaxation on the beaches my wife indulged my desire to visit several historic venues on the way home including: Charlestown Patriots Point Fort Sumter Kings Mountain Cowpens USS North Carolina Blue Ridge NP Lincoln's Birthplace WWII Living History Event Not bad for less than a week. :) You can check out the details on my blog. link |
