A guy has been banned from TMP. I didn't follow the fracas when it occurred and I'm not aware of why it did. The guy has posted an interesting AAR on his blog. If I post a link to that AAR, will I get punished? The only answer to this that really counts is from Dear Editor.

Perhaps an email direct to Bill would have been a good idea as you aren't interested in anyone else's opinion?

But FWIW I don't see a problem. Bill has posted stuff from Michael Stockin/ Angel Barracks and he's banned

I don't see how posting a link to a web site of interest to miniatures gamers can be a problem.

If it's a controversial site that violates TMP policy, that might matter.

Good idea David, don't know why I didn't think of that. Done, awaiting a response.

What if I unknowingly speak to one of the family members of someone with a banned account? Is it better if they are only remotely related – like third cousin or further? How far removed is permissible?

Am I obligated to report such a thing if I become aware of it, even if I wasn't directly involved?

And how should I handle it if I bump into someone with a banned account? If I see his miniatures, even on accident, where can I get the memory of it scrubbed from my memory?

Perhaps even "HE" could come down and let us know what "HE" decides. Then we'd have the definitive rule from "HIM".

I'll be listening for the trumpets and kettle drums. . .

Sure, go ahead, it's not a problem.

OK, done.
