They look ok – just wondering if anyone has bought them and/or painted them ?

No, but I've painted more than 100 green/tan/gray Army Men figures, and vehicles. I seal the paint with The Dip, and no issues afterwards. I've also primed some with Artist's Gesso (white), then painted them, and sealed as before, with The Dip, and no issues afterwards, either. Best of luck. Cheers!
