Full Thrust at Hurricon 2016 in Orlando, FL. We had 7 players for the game I ran. The Federation were establishing a base (Starbase 47 "Vanguard") in a new sector of space.
The Klingons aimed to stop its completion by stopping the resupply run. THe game ended with most of the Klingons destroyed, but the convoy was eliminated and Vanguard was wrecked.
The difference probably was that the Fed defense squadron elected to stay close to Vanguard and left the convoy to its own devices until the reinforcements arrived. There were not too many cargo ships left when the reinforcements arrived. More Pictures at: imageshack.com/a/474M/1 |

Well painted and the game looked fun. Thanks for posting. Larry |

Looks like great fun! The Fed ships look like Starline 2400's (correct me if I'm wrong) and the D7's I recognise as Micro Machines, but what are the K'tinga's? Your scenario looks quite similar to the one I'm planning later this year, with the UFP trying to keep the Klingons from wrecking a new Starbase before it comes on-line. Inspiring stuff for me! The Klingons seem to all be on hexbases except for the Dreadnought. Do the hexbased ships turn tighter than the others in your rules? And of course, thanks for sharing! |

Would love to know more about which variant of FT this was! |

The Feds are all variations of the old Micro Machine Constitutions. They scale almost perfectly with the TFG/ADB/Zochii CAs. You do have the occasional bending problem, but the boiling water/ice bath fixes it right up. The K'tingas are from the older Star Trek Clix game that I don't remember the name of. The rules were the Full Thrust: Continuum rules set with no real modifications. The rules are available from the Emerald Coast Skunkworks site. |

The K'tingas are from HeroClix Star Trek. The same miniature is sold under several ship names, some more common (therefore cheaper) than others. e.g.: coolstuffinc.com/p/130313 I have a few:

The surface detail on those K'tingas is really nice! What are the boxy Fed ships? |

They are Antares class cargo drones from Star Trek: the Animated Series |

Star Trek: Tactics was the 'official' name, I think. Where did those 'boxy Fed ships' come from as in figure origins. I remember the class well from the series, but didn't think they were entirely drones. I seem to recall skeleton crew in some episodes. Course, I also thought they were 'backside' ugly, but they are growing on me. ;->= Doug |

Antares-type transport, originally un-crewed in the animated series and then added to the remastered TOS episodes as crewed vessels: link |

Thanks, Naval Construction Contract! Just leaves the question of how you obtained the models. Did you do scratchbuilds, or is there a print source, or…? Doug |

I made them from plans I found on the Cygnus-X1 site. They were made from strips of evergreen plastic and some round headed pins for the front of the engines. I can share the plans I made if anyone wants them, but I am not sure how much help they would be. |
