This is a bit of an oddly specific request but I'm wondering if anyone has seen a feline centaur-style miniature. I'm looking for something big and detailed that would make for a nice painting show piece. Or really any sort of anthropomorphic hexapodal creature might scratch that itch. And no, the pre-painted one for D&D doesn't count. :) |

Seconded. I loved the concept of wemics as a race so much I had an entire savannah-nation populated with tribes of them in my homebrew world. I know Aegyptus by Crocodile games has a couple quasi-wemic, lion-centaur body with a human torso, but a Horus-hawk-head. Perhaps head swaps? link

Thanks for the link – that might be an option. I have to admit I'm mostly inspired by the classic Quest for Glory games with their liontaurs. |

Forgot completely about the "Lamia-as-wemic" option. The Pathfinder RPG prepaints are "OK," but being plastic, would not be difficult (and would actually be fairly inexpensive) to do body swaps for great variety. auction Just remember that Lamia's by mythos can be half-snake or half-lion w/human torso, so weed through the search results. |

Heroscape had a similar creature, though it was red and had a spikey tail. I think the description listed it as "Half Troll Half-Dragon." That might give you some further variety if you can track it down. Perhaps as a fiendish member of the race. |
