Seems like the Canadian Army needs to do what the US Army is doing and re-examine gallantry awards for non-white soldiers to see if there was any discrimination towards them. Sounds like Pegahmagabow's award may have been deliberately downgraded because of his ethnicity (in MHO). Jim |
