So follow up to my previous questions: Do the Conquest minis use slottabases? And how do the Galloping Major, Conquest and other manufacturers compare size-wise? Are they pretty close or is there a wide gap in height and bulk? Thanks! |

Conquest does not use slottabases. I don't how the sizes compare. |

Well that trumps the size comparison – I hate slottabases! Thanks! |

Conquest are close to 25 mm while GM is close to 30 mm and a much heftier figures. Conquest look like children next to GM. It all depends on you own preference. Personally, I like both. |

Most of the Conquest figures are very nice but a couple of their British regulars are in rather bizarre poses. The sergeant waiving his sword while carrying his spontoon and the hatman clearly "tick-tocking" are examples. Their French regulars are much better. |

I mix my Conquest with Perry and Old Glory. |
