Figure is listed as "VINCENT, VANGUARD RIDER".

I don't think it's a griffin; those do usually have eagle legs as forepaws but they have four legs with the rear pair those of a lion. And the rooster tail doesn't fit. And frankly the head does look like a chicken, although part of that is the armor.
