Has anyone out there had any success finding some of the more recent HaT 1/72 releases? I've specifically been looking for their Napoleonic Nassau infantry set and Mounted Generals, but even ebay seems to be devoid of offers. Are these sets vaporware? Or were they all simply snapped up already? Anyone willing to share any secret US retailers who might have a cache? |

I was searching for their Dervish Infantry for some time and finally found some from a shop in Europe, and not cheap either. Not sure if this particular set will ever be rereleased. It is frustrating because HaT has a very extensive line and the figs are good, soft plastic or not. |

I hadn't realised the mounted generals were supposed to have been re-released yet. I will ask HaT direct |

I was hoping they'd re-release their 1/32 SYW Prussian infantry. Doesn't seem like much chance of that happening. |

I got a reply from the company after sending them an email. "They were out of stock for a while and still. We will definitely be restocking them but we are unsure of the exact date. It will be several months because we are restocking many sets at the same time." This at least sounds hopeful; I wasn't sure whether there was only a single production run or if they made additional runs. |

HaT make regular restocks. But unlike a metals company, they have to Run enough to fill a shipping container from China Print boxes Arrange production in a Chinese factory Box them Sort customs to ship and receive Supply distributors Who then supply shops/traders Long and winding (and costly) road |
