Preferably with crew. Can anybody suggest where I might get one? |

Thoroughbred is probably your best bet: link They do a variety of models that will fit the bill. You can also get a ship's boat and crew (without a sail) from Minifigs: link |

Thoroughbred look good but I would prefer a UK supplier as imports soon get expensive |

1/96th or 1/100th scale, historical, model ship suppliers. Cheapest option, and made in metal, plastic, or resin, depending upon the manufacturer(s). Definitely suppliers in the UK. Might have to make a mast and sail, but my guess is they may offer some models with those too. If not, just get a dowel or some plastic rod, and paper, and make your own. Might even have crew options, but don't recall seeing those. Peter Pig sell those though. They also sell the rowboats. |

AB (now through Eureka or Fighting15s)do a lovely ship's boat with crew and passengers. I'm sure it could be rigged with a mast. |

Mako11 suggested the Peter Pig, and I agree. I believe the crews and boats are part of their Pirate range. I used them with my FIW collection. You can see them in my FIW gallery pics 31 and 32 at link |

Another vote for the Peter Pig boats. I use them for my buccaneer army and I think their crew figures could convert to Napoleonic with some judicious painting. |

Dave: I have one, maybe two, of the laser cut, waterline models from Capitan before they switched to 10mm. Drop me a line at mark at scalecreep dot com |

I think I will go with Peter Pig – thanks for the offer Extra Crispy but I am not a great fan of laser cut models |

Less sure about Peter Pig now – email on its way to Mark |
