A thumbs up for John and BTD UK despite a initial snaffu and late delivery I got my goods with extras as an apology well before it normally would have arrive in the post here (good. Omens?) anyway. So thanks, a bit of patience and good rapport without getting too aggravated is the way to go. And the BTD stuff is just as good as ever with all those discounts well worth it.
