Very impressive and fast. I have been working on the same 20 miniatures since the end of June and I don't think that I will be able to finish until November. |

Wow. I'll have a Danish! Q. Did you find out anything more on drum colors? I see one in facing color, one not. Q. I take it you got the Brigade Deal from Ebor. Or just Regiment Deals? Those bring the costs down considerably. Q. Please, say frankly what you consider the qualities, and drawbacks(if any) of the Ebor figures. I still haven't seen them firsthand, but the pics make them very tempting. Q. Do you have any of their cavalry? I've read mixed reviews. Different sculptor from the infantry,IIRC. |

Hafen: 1, actually they are all in coat color (grey for Fynske and Georg and straw for livgarden) I fond no info. So just painted them that way. 2, yes I took the brigde deal, 3 as danes and 2 as French) 3, I like the ebor, I'll probably not use front rank any more (partly because they frankly have gotten a bit too expensive (might still use them for some Napoleonics) I'm not sure I'm a big fan of the ebor faces (Except the officer faces are very good) also all the danes have lace on their cuffs, even tho only a few of the regiments actually had lace there. I think most of my WSS from now on will be ebor and warfare) I do wish for some more poses (especially kneeling) I have painted some Dutch a d they have kneeling poses, I feel that gives more of a WSS feel) 4. I did have some ebor cav I ordered many years ago, and yes those are definitely not up to the infantry. I have been told newer cavalry sulpts are better, I have 12 French I plan on painting (I think those are some of the newer sculpts) and I'll see what I think of them. |

Thanks. Huh--the pics make the Fynske drums look green, for some reason. My WSS project is 10mm,mostly Old Glory, with some Pendraken as gap-fillers. Goal: Blenheim, with every unit represented, using 30-figure batallions. But the Ebor make me want to try a small set in 25mm. On the "eventually" list for now. Or the "I should live so long" list. Thanks again for the review. Come back about the cavalry, when you do them. |

I did paint them green! Not paying attention to what i do! My WSS project will be danes, saxons, prussians, Dutch and mabye prussians and British. The saxons and Danes are primarily for GNW, but will fill duel purpose. |

Whew! Thought I was going blind. Which I probably am. No French? Saxon and Danes are gonna duel? : ) |

No was just doing the allied side. French will be French and Bravarian (and irish) |

Very nice! I wish to had your speed at painting. Doing any regiment with 6(!) miniatures was a time-consuming process for me :) Fabrizio torgauproject.blogspot.it |
