I've managed to play another game of "Star Trek: Attack Wing", and posted up a BatRep on my blog. Simple stuff as we're still learning the rules, but as some of you seemed interested in the first one, I thought I'd post the second one too.
This battle pits the U.S.S. Enterprise-D against a D'deridex class Romulan battle cruiser, after Commander Toreth decides to seek revenge upon her Federation opponent.
link Thanks for looking, and if you've spotted any rule mistakes please let me know. I'm hoping to put together a series of these games, each of which slowly introduces some of the additional rules and scenarios. For now though I just want to ensure we get the basics right :) |

Had fun? Rolled dice? Made "Pew pew!!" noises? If yes, then you've got the basics right! :D I can't comment on the accuracy with which you've implemented the rules, but again, you made a great battle report from a simple one-a-side duel. I particularly like the way you link your reports to actual TNG episodes. Sole criticism: "Romulans" not "Romulan's" when expressing the plural of Romulan. Forgive me for the grammar lesson… I've been away from my students too long!!! :( Looking forward to the next battle! |

Thanks MacrossMartin, having fun was certainly what it was all about. I've a few more of these BatReps planned now we've acquired some additional ships, so hopefully you'll enjoy them. Grammar duly corrected too!! I hope :-) Thanks once again |
