This past weekend we played a fun War of 1812 game using modifications to Combat Patrol(TM): WWII. See more information here: bucksurdu.com/blog/?p=5720 This game was one of an ongoing set of play tests for a Napoleonic supplement for Combat Patrol(TM) that we hope to release (for free) in a few weeks. See more information about the rules here: link |

I don't wish to appear rude, but adding (TM) after every use of the rules name does seem a bit clunky, to me anyway, when reading the report. Maybe I kind of expect it from Acme Nasal Hair Trimmer (TM)(Pat Pending) as opposed to a set of Wargames rules. |

Adding 4 characters doesn't seem much of a stretch to me. Combat Patrol uses a different mechanic to most other rule sets, so why not remind people that it is intellectual property. Buck has put a lot of time and effort into the system and provides brilliant support, he shouldn't be ripped off. |

This is most interesting. I will ask our esteemed editor to cross post this to the War of 1812 Baord. |

Oops. Sorry about that. I forgot to include the War of 1812 board. I try to cross post to the smallest number of boards as possible. Buck |

Quick question, would the rules scale up to 54mm do you think? |
