What level do you want? I've used (and liked) Greg Novak's Over the Top from GDW for brigade and division level games. It, too, is OOP, but there are still copies in the distribution system, and you can find them fairly easy to convention flea markets. |

If you liked Warhammer Great War, try to find a copy used. Compared to the cost of the miniatures, it does not cost too much. I'm planning on using Chain of Command for my WWI fights. |

You could mod This Quar's War slightly (more properly, field everyone as Royalists). I really like how TQW handles MGs. |
