This might be a fun ongoing thread to have. Since it's starting at a weird time, lets call it from last Friday until today. What gaming stuff did you buy this week? Anything that is intended for your gaming table is fair game. My one purchase was a copy of the Rogue Planet rules (which we played today, huzzah!). |

I didn't buy anything this week. Last week (maybe it was the week before last), I went to the flea market at PacifiCon, and I didn't buy anything there, either. I can't remember the last time I bought something for wargaming. Nevertheless, my lead mountain is huge. Classy, but yuge. |

This past weekend, I went to North Georgia to pick up our new puppy, and swung through Giga Bites in Marietta. I bought the following (scatter-shot) stuff: Osprey's "Black Ops" Rulebook. I'm not into modern/near future stuff, but I was hoping it would have interesting features for SF gaming. A "Ninja All-Stars" faction box. A good sale price, I will use them for fantasy skirmishes. Some plastic wall ruins from Renedra(?), for Frostgrave, etc. One Battlemech. I have no idea why, the BT painting queue is already long enough. A Brit tank for GF9's "Tanks". My long-standing Miniature Market pre-order for the starter box has FINALLY been filled, so now I can field some robin's egg blue Shermans with flames painted down the sides. I REALLY considered picking up Sharpe Practice II, but I already Have two other big nice rulebooks I have barely had time to crack open. |

Nothing this week. Last week or the week before I purchased "To the Strongest". And a Bruce Catton book. Next thing talking to me is a JFC Fuller book about Lee and Grant, but first must read the Catton book, now that I finished Wolf Hall. All that and binge watch Breaking Bad. So many things, so little time… |

Nothin'. Bought the oldest his first car, and paid for what part of his tuition grants didn't cover. Saving up now to pay for car and house repairs – $350 USD in AC repairs were suddenly necessary last week, and scratch is now SHORT. It's not like I don't have piles of things to work on anyway. |

Last Friday, I happened to go to a game store that I used to patronize when I lived near it. I bought Tripwire, a supplement for Mongoose Traveller set in Jewell Subsector of the Spinward Marches before the Fifth Frontier War, and (half-price clearance sale!) a pack of three cultists by Artizan, which I think will become civilians in a StarGrunt game set on Jewell during the Fifth Frontier War. |
